黄安宁,男,汉族,1979 年 8 月生,重庆大足人。现任bwin必赢教授、博导,中国气象局气候预测研究重点实验室副主任。1998年入云南大学大气科学系学习,2002年获气象学理学学士学位,同年进入bwin必赢学习,2007年获气象学理学博士学位并留校任教。2008-2010年间在加拿大环境部内陆水研究所(CCIW)进行了为期2年的访问研究。主要从事陆面过程模式发展与评估、陆-气相互作用以及东亚气候模拟与预测等方面的科研工作。主持国家级科研项目/课题9项:6项国家自然科学基金项目(包括1项青藏高原重大研究计划项目和1项气象联合基金重点项目)、1项重点研发计划项目课题和2项公益性行业专项重点项目课题;参与国家级科研项目6项;还主持了多项科研协作项目和实验室开放课题,获可支配科研经费2000余万。重点在东亚季风降水日变化及其形成和变化机制、气候模式陆面过程中次网格地形热力效应参数化方案设计及湖泊热力学模型改进、模式物理过程不确定性对东亚降水模拟的影响等研究领域取得了一系列创新性成果,发表学术论文158篇,其中SCI论文117篇,第一/通讯作者论文76篇(SCI论文56篇,其中42篇发表在国际一流学术期刊:22篇JGR-A; 6篇CD; 4篇GRL;3篇JC; 3篇JGR-O; 1篇GMD; 1篇JAMES;1篇ERL; 1篇JHM),大部分研究成果发表在Geophysical Research Letters、Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres、Journal of Geophysical Research: Oceans、Journal of Climate、Climate Dynamics、Environmental Research Letters、Journal of Advances in Modeling Earth Systems, Geoscientific Model Development等国际主流SCI期刊上,合作出版专著1部,获授权国家发明专利2项,WoS高影响指数H-Index为27,SCI论文总引用2700余次。担任GRL,JGR-A,JGR-O、JC,CD,AR,JHM,JAMES, TAAC,IJOC,Journal of Glaciology,Climate Research等10余种国际主流期刊以及科学通报、中国科学、气象学报等10余种国内重要期刊审稿人。获2014年度 “第十四届全国优秀青年气象科技工作者”,入选 2016 年度江苏高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象。江苏省气象学会第十五届理事会理事,《气象科学》第十届编辑委员会常委编委,江苏省湿地保护专家库专家。
